About these terms

These terms apply to studio sessions booked with Sound District BV, Stadswaag 20, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium (VAT BE 1023.309.121). By completing payment, you accept these terms for the selected district, date, start time and duration.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed after successful payment and calendar confirmation. Prices shown at checkout are in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. If we cannot provide the booked session, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Send requests to team@sounddistrict.be. More than 48 hours before the start, you may reschedule once or request a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours before the start, you may reschedule once but the payment is not refundable. Less than 24 hours before the start, and for no-shows, the payment is not refundable or transferable. A change is effective only after written confirmation from Sound District.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. A statutory cooling-off period may not apply where a booking qualifies as a leisure service reserved for a specific date or period.

Arrival, duration and studio use

Your booked time includes setup, session work and pack-down. Arriving late does not extend the end time. Extra time is possible only when the room remains available and may be charged at the applicable rate. Follow reasonable safety, access and equipment instructions. You are responsible for deliberate or negligent damage caused by you or your guests.

Your project

You remain responsible for the content you create and for having the permissions needed to record or use it. Studio rental does not include long-term storage, backup, engineering, production, mixing, mastering or delivery of project files unless the selected plan or a written agreement expressly includes it.

Changes outside our control

If the studio cannot safely operate because of an event outside reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as practical and offer a replacement time or refund for the affected service. Neither party is responsible for indirect losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact team@sounddistrict.be with questions or complaints. Belgian law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
